Yes, you must be a member to have a Visa Card. Learn more about membership.

What are the minimum and maximum limits?
The minimum limit is $1,000 and the maximum $30,000, however the maximum limit will be subject by your ability to repay.

How does this card differ from the Visa Debit?
The Visa Credit Card differs from our Visa Debit attached to an overdraft facility in that it has additional features.  The Visa Credit Card offers up to 55 days interest free and a low introductory rate.

How does the introductory rate work?
The introductory rate of 7.99 % p.a. applies to all transactions made within the first six months.  The six months begins on the date of approval.  At the end of the six month period, the interest rate will revert back to the standard rate at the end of this period.  View our interest rates

How can cash be obtained from a credit card?
Cash can be withdrawn from the credit card in three ways.  A withdrawal from any ATM that has a Visa logo, over the counter at one of our branches, a cash advance at a bank.

How can payments be made to the card?
You can arrange to make your card repayments either by payroll deduction, direct debit from your savings or transaction account, Internet or telephone banking transfer, at any one of our branches, using bank@post or at any branch of the National Australia Bank with a specially encoded deposit book.

What fees and charges apply to the card?
Credit transactions are free but any cash advances or withdrawals will be included in your monthly transaction limit.  There is an annual fee which is waived in the first year.  For any member with an All In One Home loan, no annual fee will apply.  View our fees and charges

Can other accounts be accessed through the card?

How is a balance transfer from another card completed?
A balance transfer request form must be completed to have the balance of any other credit card transferred to the new Visa Credit Card.  Download this form.

How can I increase my credit limit?
Limit increases can be made by filling out a change of limit request form.  Download this form.

How does the 55 days interest free work?
Most credit cards that offer an interest free period only allow the member the benefit of the interest free period if the balance is paid off in full each month.  Even if the amount outstanding is only $1, all new purchase attract interest immediately.  Our new credit card doesn't work like this.  With our card, all new purchases receive up to 55 days interest free each month, saving you money.

Can I assign an additional cardholder?
Credit cards can only be issued on single accounts, however additional cards can be issued to any person you choose.  This person does not have to be a member but they must be added as a signatory to your account and must satisfy the identification criteria.  Download this form
