E-Statements

Our e-statement facility gives you the convenience of having your statements available to you via internet banking. View, download or print your statement at anytime, with past copies available to you 24 hours a day at the click of a button. This will help you keep your statements more organised. It is faster than the traditional paper statements as there is no postage required. We will send you an email as soon as your statement is ready to be viewed.

Bank@Post is Australia Post's personal banking service, the largest banking network in Australia, with facilities at over 3,100 Australia Post outlets around the nation.

  How do you use Bank@Post?

You must have your Visa Debit Card linked to the savings or loan account on which you wish to transact. Just present your card and tell the Australia Post staff that you would like to make a Bank@Post transaction. Then you need to swipe your card, select your account and enter your PIN to begin.

Cheques deposited as part of a Bank@Post deposit may take up to 10 days to be converted to "cleared funds".

BPAY®

With BPAY® you can take care of all those annoying bills in one hit. BPAY® gives you total control over your payments – and can be used over the Internet, phone or at your local branch.

Direct Debit 

With our Direct Debit Bill Paying Service you can prearrange payment of an authorised sum to a nominated recipient at nominated intervals.

  • Payments debited directly from your account, including utility bills, insurance payments, monthly credit card repayments, loan repayments and charitable donations. 
  • All you need to do is quote our BSB 882-000 and your account number

Direct Credit 

Why waste time travelling between different financial institutions to transfer your money when you can have it done electronically? You can even arrange to have your pay allocated automatically between your accounts.

  • No transaction fee
  • Money directly credited to your account including salary, pension/allowance and tax refunds
  • Simply provide our BSB 882 000, your account number and account name to the remitter of the funds

Periodical Payments 

This service enables you to make a payment or transfer to yourself or another party from your savings account on a regular basis.

  • Easy to set up to recur (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) for an indefinite or fixed number of payments or transfers
  • Outgoing payments can be in the form of transfers to another member's account or another financial institution
  • Users of our Internet Banking service can create their own periodical payments
