- Promotion: The Promotion is the “2024 CFMEU Picnic Day SA Prize Draw”. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of eligibility.
- Promoter: The Promoter is Unity Bank, Level 7, 215 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000. Phone: 1300 36 2000. Unity Bank Limited ABN 11 087 650 315 AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240399.
- Eligibility: Entry into this Promotion is only open to an individual who (“Eligible Entrant”):
- is aged 18 years or older at the time of entry:
- is not a director, manager, or employee (or an immediate family member) of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies associated with this Promotion; and
- is not a person conducting the Promotion including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Promotion.
- Entry: The Promotion commences at 9:00am ACDT on 2/12/2024 and entries close at 2:59pm ACDT on 2/12/2024 (“Promotion Period”). To enter, the Eligible Entrant must complete the entry form provided by Unity Bank with their contact details (mobile number required) and place the entry form into the barrel (located at the Unity Bank stand) during the Promotion Period. Limit of one entry per person.
- Prize and Winning: The random prize draws will occur via a barrel draw at 3:00pm ACDT on 2/12/2024 at the Unity Bank stand, at the CFMEU Picnic Day, Royal Adelaide Show Grounds, 39 Goodwood Road Wayville SA 5034. The winner will receive a Shiraz Red Christmas Shopper hamper, issued by Hampers with Bites. The total Prize Pool value is $64. A bonus prize cannot be won in this Promotion. There is only one prize to be won.
- Prize: will be available to collect in person at the Unity Bank stand or delivered to the prize winner by Express Post to the nominated address provided.
- Prize Conditions: The winners will be notified by phone or in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will have their names published on the Promoters Facebook or website page: @UnityBankAU or www.unitybank.com.au on 5/12/2024. The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
- If the prize is unclaimed or unawarded then a redraw will be conducted at 3:00pm ACDT on 3/03/2025 at Unity Bank, 65 St Vincent St, Port Adelaide SA 5015. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone or in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published on the Promoters Facebook page; @UnityBankAU on 6/03/2025.
- The winners agree to participate in all promotional activity (including publicity and photography) in relation to the Promotion. The winner's consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or video) in promotional material in any media platform at any time without notification or compensation, financial or otherwise.
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this offer that this information is provided. - The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if it is of the opinion that the Promotion has been interfered with or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result.
