The NEW Unity Bank app has arrived!

We're very excited to announce that our brand-new Unity Bank app is now published and available for you to update.

It’s very simple to update to the new app.

If you have ‘automatic updates’ enabled on your device, simply open your Unity Bank app and log in to the new app with your Member Number and access code.

If you do not have ‘automatic updates’ on or simply wish to update manually, please follow the steps below.

If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to:

  1. Go to the App Store and search Unity Bank
  2. Tap on Unity Bank, then tap on UPDATE
  3. If it says OPEN, your app is already up to date.
  4. Log in to the Unity Bank app with your Member Number and access code
  5. Set up a PIN, pattern or just continue with your Member Number
  6. Accept the Terms & Conditions, and you’re good to go!

If you’re an Android user, you’ll need to:

  1. Open the Play Store and search Unity Bank
  2. Tap on Unity Bank, then tap on UPDATE
  3. If it says OPEN, your app is already up to date.
  4. Log in to the Unity Bank app with your Member Number and access code
  5. Set up a PIN, pattern or just continue with your Member Number
  6. Accept the Terms & Conditions, and you’re good to go!

The new and improved Unity Bank app comes with additional benefits;


You will need to log in the first time using your Internet Banking credentials.

Your User ID is your Member Number, and the access code is your access code to internet banking. If you do not know your access code, you can use ‘Forgot password?’ function in the app or ‘Forgotten your Access Code?’ in internet banking to reset your access code. If unsure, please contact us on 1300 36 2000.

Unity Bank app FAQ's

  1. How do I log in to the app for the first time?
    Simply head to the App Store or the Google Play Store and search for Unity Bank to download the app if you are a first-time user. You will need to be registered for Internet Banking before being able to use the mobile banking app.

    You will need to know your member number and internet banking access code to then register on the app. You will then be prompted to set a PIN or pattern or continue using member number to log in. After this you can set some biometrics depending on your device (Touch ID or Face ID).
     
  2. Where do I find my member number?
    Your member number is also the number you use to login to Internet Banking. You can find your member number on your Statement. If you are having trouble finding your member number, please contact us on 1300 36 2000.
     
  3. How do I register for internet banking, so that I can use the app?
    Register for internet banking by calling us on 1300 36 2000 (8:00am - 7:00pm, Monday to Friday) or visit one of our branches.
     
  4. Is there a fee for using the app?
    No, the app is free to use and download, however, your standard mobile phone service and data charges will apply.
