These terms govern your use of the Banking App, together with the Unity Bank Account & Access Facility – Conditions of Use and also the Privacy Notification both of which can be found on the Unity Bank website.

Getting Started 

You will need to be registered with Internet Banking before being able to use the Banking App. You will be required to have a member number as well as an Access Code. If you have not registered for Internet Banking, contact Unity Bank on  1300 36 2000. 

 

Using the Banking App 

With the Banking App, you can pay your bills using BPAY®, make payments to others using their Australian BSB and account number or their PayID, check your account balance(s), transaction history, and transfer money between your Unity Bank accounts. 

You must only use the Banking App with a compatible iPhone or Android device.  

Authentication – You will need to use your member number and Internet Banking Access Code to login initially. Then you can choose a PIN or Pattern to create a quick login or you can elect to log in using your member number and Internet Banking Access Code. Biometric login is also available on selected devices

Things you must do 

Always lock your mobile device. Advise us immediately if your device is lost, stolen or suspect your Banking app security has been compromised. 

 

Things you must never do 

Never leave your device unattended. Never allow another person to use your device to make purchases or payments. Do not use the Banking App with a device other than a compatible iPhone or Android device.

Disclosures 

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any material changes by electronic notice to you via your device, the Google Play or App Store. We may require you to confirm your acceptance of changes as a condition of allowing you to continue using the Banking App. 

We may use various methods, and combinations of methods, to notify you of these changes, such as:

However, we will always select a method or methods appropriate to the nature and extent of the change, as well as the cost effectiveness of the method of notification.

Your account held with Unity Bank Limited and is accessible using online banking

Compatible Android 

means Android devices that meet the requirements listed in the Google Store.

means the Banking App service described in section 1.

You or your 

A person who is downloading the Banking App and is a business organisation or individual who is a Unity Bank customer

We, us, our or Unity Bank 

means Unity Bank Ltd ABN 11 087 650 315.
