Eligibility: Entry into this Promotion is only open to an individual who (“Eligible Entrant”): - is aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; - is not a director, manager, or employee (or an immediate family member) of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies associated with this Promotion; - is not a person conducting the Promotion including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Promotion. - is an Australian resident at the time of entry; and - Is a member of Unity Bank Limited or signs up to becoming a member of Unity Bank Limited if you win a prize.
Entry: The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 01/03/2024 and entries close at 11:59 pm AEST on 31/05/2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry into the Promotion is automatic. If an entrant wishes to be excluded from the Promotion then the entrant must contact the Promoter.
To be eligible to receive an automatic entry into the draw to win the Prize, during the promotional period entrants must: - To receive 3 entries into the draw: Submit and be approved for a new home loan (Includes refinance and tops ups, owner occupied and investment loans, minimum $150,000 and settle within 90 days after the promotional period, 29/08/2024), or: - To receive 1 entry into the draw: Submit and be approved for a new Unity Bank car loan (minimum $10,000 and to be settled within 30 days after the promotional period, 30/06/2024) or - To receive 1 entry into the draw (per policy): Renew or purchase an eligible CGU insurance policy (Home Building, Contents, Building and Contents, Landlords or Comprehensive Car Insurance policy – “Eligible Policy”) through Unity Bank. Pay either in full or at least one instalment for the Eligible Policy through Unity Bank and provide Unity Bank a current email address; and not cancelled in the 30-day cooling off period.
Multiple entries are permitted. Each new home loan, car loan or eligible CGU insurance policy purchase is a separate entry.
Prize and Winning: The random prize draws will occur via a barrel draw at 3:00pm AEST on 03/09/2024 at Unity Bank Head Office, 7/215 – 217 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will receive $2,000 cash into the Prize Winner’s bank account with Unity Bank or Reliance Bank by the 10/09/2024. The total Prize Pool value is $18,000. There are 9 prizes to be won.
Prize Conditions: The winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner/s will have their name/s published on the Promoter's Facebook page: @UnityBankAU on 06/09/2024. The Prize is non-transferrable.
If a Prize Winner is not a current member of Unity Bank, the winner will need to open a bank account with Unity Bank or Reliance Bank or they will forfeit the prize.
If a prize/s is unclaimed, unawarded or forfeited then a redraw will be conducted at 3:00pm AEDT on 03/12/2024 at Unity Bank, Level 7, 215-217 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published on the Promoters Facebook page; @UnityBankAU on 06/12/2024.
The winner agrees to participate in all promotional activity (including publicity and photography) in relation to the Promotion. The winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or video) in promotional material in any media platform at any time without notification or compensation, financial or otherwise.
