I was going to buy a Toyota Hybrid and effectively I knew there was a 12 to 18 month waiting period and I had that expectation. So I rang Daren to get the ball moving and he actually found me the car within 4 days which was quite extraordinary. It was a wonderful effort and a great service.

What a great service! As a repeat customer, I can’t speak highly enough of National Car Search Australia (NCSA) and their car buying service through Unity Bank. It was easy, quick and free to me as a member of Unity. I had a good idea of the sort of car I wanted (a hybrid midsized SUV with good market resale in 4 or 5 years) and Daren Kenny from National Car Search Australia walked me through the options for my budget where I decided on a RAV4 Cruiser. The dealer I spoke to from a test drive advised a 3 to 6 month wait, but NCSA had the car within three weeks delivered to my home, plus I saved over $3,500 on the price. Daren has also sorted my trade-ins every time for a better price than the dealers would offer. I will definitely use this service again and am very happy to recommend them.

I have now used National Car Search on two occasions to buy a new car and trade in my old one. Before coming across them, like many women I know I had really not enjoyed my interaction with car dealerships who had just made the experience an uncomfortable one. I now just talk with Daren Kenny at National Car Search who has been super helpful and very easy to deal with. I was extremely happy with my new car discount and trade-in price again this time, and relieved to avoid the stress of not being taken seriously walking into a car dealership. Thanks Daren. I will be back.
