Please be aware that scammers have been calling individuals posing as Unity Bank’s Fraud Team and asking for sensitive information such as bank details, access and OTP’s (One-time passwords). Unity Bank does NOT ask for banking details, access to your accounts or OTP’s when calling Members. If you do receive a call from a scammer posing as a Unity Bank staff member requesting the above details, please hang up and call us on 1300 36 2000.
