You can view and adjust your daily transaction limits for the following payment types:
Increasing your daily limits may increase your exposure to fraud or unauthorised transactions. For your protection, we recommend only increasing limits when necessary and lowering them again after a payment or transfer has been processed. When making changes to your daily transaction limits, our standard security feature, SMS One Time Password (OTP), may be required to confirm changes.
Following making your payment or transfer, return to the Daily Transaction Limits page in Online Banking and reduce your daily limit for your security.
What is a daily transaction limit?
A daily transaction limit is the maximum amount you can spend in a single day for specific payment types, such as BPAY, external transfers, or Osko payments. These limits help you manage payments and reduce the risk of unauthorised transactions.
Can I reduce my limit at any time?
Yes, limits can be lowered at any time via Online Banking.
Is there a maximum limit I can set?
Yes, each transaction type has a maximum allowable limit. These will be displayed when adjusting your daily limits in Online Banking.
What if I need to make a payment that is greater than the limits available?
If you need to make a payment above your current daily limit, you can increase your limit via Online Banking. For your security, remember to reduce your limit after the payment has been processed. If your desired amount exceeds the maximum allowable limit, please contact us for further assistance.
How long does it take for my new limit to take effect?
Changes to your daily transaction limits usually take effect immediately once confirmed in Online Banking.
What if I want to adjust my daily limits on my Business Account?
Adjusting daily transaction limits in Online Banking is only available for personal/individual memberships. For assistance with your business account transaction limits, please contact us.

Can I increase my limit in preparation for a future payment?
Yes, you can raise your daily limit in advance to accommodate a larger upcoming payment. You will need to ensure the higher limit remains in place until the payment is processed. If the scheduled payment exceeds your daily limit at the time of processing, it will be declined. For your security, remember to reduce your limit after the scheduled payment has been processed.
Can I still contact the Bank to change my limits?
Yes, our Member Service team remains available if you require assistance. However, Online Banking offers a faster, more convenient option for you to quickly manage your daily transaction limits.
Are these limits applied across both Online Banking and Mobile App?
Yes, changes you make to your daily transaction limits in Online Banking will apply across both Online Banking and our Mobile App.
