Home Guarantee Scheme

Unity Bank is an approved lender under the Australian Government’s Home Guarantee Scheme*5. Instead of struggling to save the traditional 20% deposit, you could be in with as little as a 2% deposit, and no LMI.

First Home Buyer Home Loan

If you don’t qualify for a government-backed home loan incentive, you may still qualify for a First Home Buyer Home Loan to avoid costly LMI charges or take advantage of a guarantor option to reduce your required deposit.

Get Ahead Start Guarantor Option

First home buyers can get a foot in the market with help from a family member. Borrow up to 100% of the purchase price, plus additional associated costs, with less (or no) LMI. Unlike government schemes, this is available for both owner occupiers and investors.
