Getting Started

Simply head to the App Store or the Google Play Store and search for Unity Bank to download the app if you are a first-time user. You will need to be registered for Internet Banking before being able to use the mobile banking app.

You will need to know your User ID (member number or login name) and internet banking access code to then register on the app. You will then be prompted to set a PIN or pattern or continue using your User ID to log in. After this you can set some biometrics depending on your device (Touch ID or Face ID).

Your User ID is also what you use to login to Internet Banking. You can find your member number on your Statement. If you are having trouble finding your User ID, please contact us on 1300 36 2000.

Register for internet banking by calling us on 1300 36 2000 (8:00am - 7:00pm, Monday to Friday) or visit one of our branches.

No, the app is free to use and download, however, your standard mobile phone service and data charges will apply.

Yes, you can activate your new card via the ‘Cards’ tab.

You can ‘Lock Card’ if you want to temporarily stop your card e.g. if you think you have misplaced it but do not want to stop it completely. You can then unlock it if you find it. You can also stop your card if it is damaged, lost or stolen and order a replacement card if you wish.

Our app supports both Face ID & Touch ID (Fingerprint). You will be prompted to enable biometrics when you first register the app, if your device supports this.

We do not advise using this feature if someone else's biometrics are saved on your device as they will be able to access your banking information. You can still use a PIN, pattern, or use your User ID and access code if you prefer.
